i stayed in a suite sauna. the room included a sauna. breakfast was good and offered many options.
there was only one person at the reception. they were making coffee and receiving customers. there was no water provided in the rooms, i think they wanted us to buy some.

I found the staff very friendly. They answered all my questions. The breakfast offered many choices and tasted delicious. The location allowed easy access to local attractions. I walked to several sites.
The gym was small. It had limited equipment.

Staff provided quick responses at the front desk. The concierge assisted with directions. This was very helpful. I really enjoyed how attentive everyone was , though there was only one person at reception.

The room offered a comfortable bed and enough space for luggage. The balcony gave me a nice view. The bathroom included a shower and essential toiletries, and everything looked super clean, I must say!

Breakfast included many options like pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The dining area was clean and well kept. I really appreciate the chocolate fountain. It made the breakfast special!

the hotel had a really good position, very close to places of interest like st stephan's basilica. the breakfast was amazing!!! there was even a chocolate fountain, a tender surprise.
the whirlpool had some limescale, i noticed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. i received recommendations for local spots. the breakfast had many choices. It was a lovely treat each morning.
the room was small, i had some expectations for the amount paid. the bathroom was so small, i barely had room to sit on the toilet. there was no room to put a nightstand near the bed.

The room I booked was not what I expected. It was really small, I had difficulties moving around. The bathroom was also too small. I nearly didn't have room to sit on the toilet.
